I am an empowerment coach and have helped many people transform their lives from mundane and monotonous to marvelous. As a top empowerment coach in the United States, I excel in helping my clients identify and overcome obstacles, build self-confidence, and develop winning strategies for success. I have taught empowerment for over 20 years and have worked as an attorney in both prosecution and criminal defense. I have an amazing understanding of what happens when humans are “un-empowered” and have seen lives turned upside down because of poor choices – largely due to not having the right tools of empowerment n their lives.

I can help every person learn the tools of empowerment that will absolutely effect a change in their lives. With my program and guidance, you will rediscover the core power that is within you, you will learn more about yourself and what is holding you back, and you will have a lot of fun doing it. My specialty is humor and teaching down-to-earth ways to incorporate these tools into your life. What largely sets me apart is my compassion, humor, and ability to teach through analogies – which makes it much more enjoyable to learn and apply these tools! When I began Sara's empowerment course, I was at a low point in my life. I didn't know how to set boundaries in my life.
